A thirty year Corporate career, his own Coaching business and a commitment to individuals has given him the ability to bring out potential within people.

Geoff provides a wealth of experience in the areas of personal fulfillment, motivation, focus, balancing work/home and business success.

Geoff says: “ I accept clients who are committed to change and are willing to take their lives, or their business to a new level through consistent action”

"I developed a very early interest in Personal Development, brought about primarily by the need to step up and have confidence for my new engineering career in telecommunications. The first inspiring book that I read was “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale and has become an excellent reference for me. From that time onwards, my mission has been to have a significant impact on the quality of people’s lives on a worldwide basis and I feel very successful that I have been able to achieve that."

As Geoff progressed with his career, he became more and more involved in people development and would align himself with people managers in the organisation. The reason for this was to support others to overcome challenges, balance their lives and to also achieve success. Geoff's time in the corporate world took him on a journey which increased his business skills. It also provided him with an outstanding opportunity to work with people and improve the quality of their lives.

By facilitating Stephen Covey 7 Habits programs, mentoring and through health and well being workshops, Geoff was able to achieve outstanding results.

"In late 1999, I came across Coaching as an exciting way to work with clients on a one-on-one basis in the achievement of success. I decided at the time to further my development by becoming an accredited Life Coach with Results Coaching Corporation and at the same time, balancing my corporate career with a my family of five children. I also came across Tony Robbins and his motivational programs and material. From that point onwards, I decided that I would like to be involved with the company.

Through downsizing, an opportunity became available to start my own coaching business “Coaching for New Opportunities” in 2002 after 32 years in the corporate world. This provided me with an amazing opportunity to change people’s lives on an international basis, with clients in the US, UK, Norway, Sweden, Hong Kong and all parts of Australia."

As well as developing his own business, Geoff pursued many opportunities and one of these was with the Anthony Robbins Company. From the time that Geoff came across his material, he knew that this was an exciting concept and way of supporting people and decided to pursue an opportunity with them.

In addition Geoff has been able to pursue other coaching, including personal coaching, executive coaching and mentoring with the University of Melbourne students for 3 years.
